Practice Schedule
Practice begins at 3:50 and is generally through by 5:15.

Attendance:
Practice is mandatory unless excused by your coach.

Attire:
All athletes are required to wear sweat pants and sweat jackets.
Sprinters should be prepared to bring spikes each day.
Bring your own water bottle for hydration.

Shoes:
Each member of the track team should purchase a new pair of running shoes to use only at track practice and at meets. This will help to prevent undue fatigue and injuries. Sprinters may purchase spikes to use in meets. It is also recommended that throwers purchase specialty shoes to use in their events. For advice on what types of shoes to purchase, see the coach that is responsible.

Uniforms:
Uniforms are required in order to participate in any meet.
